YOUR LIMITS
Keep gambling in perspective.
18+ only. Gambling can cause harm and should never be a way to make money or solve financial problems.
Decide your limits in advance
Only use money you can afford to lose. Keep essential expenses separate. Set a time limit and take regular breaks; do not borrow to gamble or chase losses.
Use account controls
Ask the operator about deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion. If you cannot find the controls, contact its support team before continuing to play.
Recognise when to pause
Spending more than planned, hiding play or gambling to recover losses are reasons to stop and seek support. Talk with someone you trust and consider blocking access to gambling services.
Find independent help
Gambling Therapy provides international support and information at gamblingtherapy.org. For local support, look for an established gambling support service in your country. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
